Sealcon Elongated PG 13 / 13.5 Nickel Plated Brass cord grips, also known as strain relief fittings or cable glands, are used when connecting wire or cable to various applications in a wide number of industries. It can provide a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The CD13CA-BR allows you to adjust the cable opening by switching out the standard or reduced inserts. The ACME thread on the dome top is self locking, making sure that the overlapping splines create an even seal, preventing the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting. Pull-out protection is provided for your cable without causing damage. Cable glands with elongated threads are used primarily when they go through a thick wall, or simply if a longer thread length serves the application more efficiently.
