We ship most orders by way of UPS out of our warehouse here in Eastlake. Some orders will drop ship out of our vendor's warehouses and they may ship by other means such as Fed-X. We offer low flat rate ground shipping to the Continental US.

3 ) Am I being charged for the Norton Shopping Guarantee?

Simply contact us
with your confirmation number, and reason for return. We will then reply
with return instructions, and your return authorization number. Please

11) How long until my order ships?

Orders received prior to 2 p.m. EST will ship the same day if we have
the item in stock. If your order is placed on the weekend, your order
will be shipped on the next business day.

12) What if my order arrives damaged or missing item?

Please report any damage to UPS when they deliver your package. Please
inform us of any damage or missing items within 24 hours

13) Do you charge taxes?

Orders shipped to Ohio will include sales tax (unless you provide a sales tax exemption number),
all others will not
