Sealcon Elongated PG 21 Nickel Plated Brass strain relief fittings, also known as cable glands or cord grips, are used to attach wire or cable to a large number of applications in nearly any industry. It can provide a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The CD21CA-BR lets you change the size of the cable opening by trading out the standard and reduced inserts. The ACME thread on the dome top is self locking, making sure that the overlapping splines create a concentric seal, keeping the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting. Pull-out protection is provided for your cable without causing damage. Cable glands with elongated threads are used when they go through a thick wall, or simply if a longer thread length more efficiently serves the application.
