Sealcon Elongated M20 x 1.5 Metric Nickel Plated Brass cord grips are used in almost any industry when attaching cable or wire to a wide variety of applications. Also known as a cable gland or strain relief fitting, it provides a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The CD22DA-BR allows you to increase or decrease the size of the cable opening just by switching out the standard and reduced inserts. The self locking ACME thread on the dome top ensures that the overlapping splines apply an even seal, keeping the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting. It also provides pull-out protection for your cable so no damage is caused. Fittings with elongated threads are commonly used when they need to go through a thick wall, or simply if a longer thread length more efficiently serves the application.
