Sealcon Elongated M12 x 1.5 Metric Nickel Plated Brass Cord Grips, Strain Relief Fittings or Cable Glands are used to help customers in all industries when connecting cable or wire to different applications. This fitting provides a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The CD12DA-BR Strain Relief allows you to increase and decrease the cable opening by just swapping out the standard and reduced inserts. The self locking ACME thread on the dome top ensures that the overlapping splines apply a concentric seal, thereby preventing the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting & ensuring pull-out protection of your cable without damaging it. Elongated threads are useful when the cable gland needs to go through a thick wall, or simply if a longer thread length better serves the application.
