Sealcon Elongated M16 x 1.5 Metric Nylon / Plastic Cable Glands are used when connecting cable or wire to applications in a large number of industries. This cable gland provides a NEMA 4x 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. Elongated threads are commonly used when the cord grip is passing through a thick wall, or simply if a longer thread length better serves the application. Sealcon fittings feature patented overlapping clamping splines and recessed custom grommets to help protect your cable from damage and the elements. The CD17DA-BK cord grip has a substantial amount of Pull-out resistance because it applies concentric force on all points of the cable.
