Sealcon PG 13 / 13.5 Nickel Plated Brass cord grips are made to help customers in many industries when connecting cable or wire to their applications. Also known as a cable gland or strain relief fitting, it carries a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The CF13CR-BR lets you increase or decrease the cable opening by switching out the inserts. The ACME thread on the flex top is self locking, making sure that the overlapping splines create an even seal. This keeps the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting. It also provides pull out protection for your cable without causing damage. Cable kinking or chafing is eliminated by using the flex nut. Elongated threads are used when the cable gland goes through a thick wall, or simply if a longer thread length serves the application more efficiently.
