Sealcon PG 7 nickel plated brass hazardous location cable glands are especially useful in applications that need exceptional performance and fire resistance, which is accomplished without twisting the cable. This fitting provides a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The CD07AR-EX allows you to change the size of the cable opening by trading out the standard or reduced inserts. The self locking ACME thread on the dome top ensures that the overlapping splines apply an even seal. This keeps the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting & provides pull-out protection for your cable so it doesn't cause damage Note: Contact us about purchasing individual standard or reduced inserts
EMI/RFI Proof strain relief fittings meet the standards for electromagnetic interference protection and reliable grounding. This standard version presses braiding against the inside wall through the integrated O-Ring. It can only be used with a braided shield. Applications involving plant equipment, control panels, railroads, and measuring and feedback systems are all areas that benefit from these types of fittings. Hazardous location (Hazloc) cord grips are ATEX approved, meaning they are designed for potentially explosive environments. This cable gland is designated Ex-e, indicating greater safety
