Sealcon 3/4" NPT nylon plastic hazardous location strain relief fittings are especially useful in applications that require exceptional performance and fire resistance, which is done without twisting the cable. Also known as cable glands or cord grips, they provide a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. It is made from fiber reinforced nylon plastic, for even more resistance to impact. It meets the DIN EN 60079-0: 2012 standard. Hazardous location fittings are ATEX approved, as they are designed for potentially explosive environments. This cable gland is designated Ex-e, for increased safety. Increase flexibility by switching out the standard and reduced inserts. Sealcon patented overlapping clamping splines and recessed custom grommets protect your cable from damage and the elements. The CD21NR-BXA cord grip provides a substantial amount of Pull-out resistance by applying concentric force on all points of the cable.
