Sealcon Elongated PG 48 Nylon / Plastic strain relief fittings are used in almost any industry when attaching wire or cable to various applications. Also known as a cord grip or cable gland, it can provide a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. Cord grips with elongated threads are most often used when they need to go through a thick wall, or simply if a longer thread length serves the needs of the application better. Sealcon features patented overlapping clamping splines & recessed custom grommets that keep your cable protected from damage and the elements. The CD48CA-GY liquid tight fitting provides a large amount of Pull-out resistance by applying a concentric force on all points of the cable.
