Sealcon Elongated PG 16 Nylon / Plastic strain relief fittings are used in various industries when attaching wire or cable to a number of applications. Also known as a cable gland or cord grip, it can provide a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. Elongated threads are typically used when the cord grip needs to go through a thick wall, or simply if a longer thread length serves the application more efficiently. Sealcon has patented overlapping clamping splines & recessed custom grommets that protect your cable from damage and the elements. The CD16CR-GY fitting provides a great amount of Pull-out resistance by applying a concentric force on all points of the cable.
