Sealcon PG 16 Nickel Plated Brass Multi-hole cord grips are used in many different industries to attach wire or cable to various applications. This cable gland can provide a NEMA 4x (IP 65) rating. The cable cannot be less than 80% of the diameter of the hole in order to achieve this rating. The difference in diameter between the cable and the hole also cannot be more than .04" (1 mm). Testing may be needed to confirm if the NEMA 6 (IP 68) submersible rating is obtainable. The ACME thread on the CD16A6BR dome top is self locking, while the overlapping splines apply an even seal. This keeps the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting & gives your cable pull-out protection so no damage is caused.
