Sealcon PG 16 Nickel Plated Brass Multi-hole cable glands are used in different industries when attaching cable to various applications. The NEMA 4x (IP 65) rating is obtainable, however the cable cannot be less than 80% of the diameter of the hole. The difference between the cable's diameter and the diameter of the hole also cannot be more than .04" (1 mm). Testing may be needed to confirm if the NEMA 6 (IP 68) submersible rating is possible. The ACME thread on the CD16A2BR dome top is self locking, with the overlapping splines applying an even seal. This prevents the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting & gives pull-out protection for your cable so it causes no damage.
