Sealcon 3/8" NPT Nickel Plated Brass Multi-hole Strain Relief Fittings, Cable Glands and Cord Grips are used when connecting cable and wire to various applications. They can be found in many different industries. This cord grip provides a NEMA 4x (IP 65) rating. The cable cannot be less than 80% of the diameter of the hole in order for this rating to be achieved. The difference in diameter between the cable and the hole cannot be more than .04" (1 mm). The NEMA 6 (IP 68) submersible rating is obtainable, so long as there is an ideal fit. The ACME thread on the CD09N3BR dome top is self locking, so the overlapping splines create an even seal. This ensures that form seal does not come out of the fitting & provides pull-out protection for your cable so it is not damaged.
