The Mueller BU-35-0 Insulator is made from shielding flexible black PVC and is intended for use with the BU-33C welding clip. The BU350 keeps the clip protected if it happens to come in contact with other objects. Length: 8.8" (224 mm). Large ID: 2.3". Wire end ID: 0.8".
