The Meltric 63-68047 DSN60 male inlet is rated for 277/480V and 60A. It features 3 Poles plus ground and neutral. It has a wiring capacity of 12-4 AWG with a temperature range of -40 F to 140 F. The body is impact resistant blue thermoplastic polyester, reinforced with fiberglass, with silver-nickel contacts. The housing is made to withstand exposure from chemicals and UV radiation. Type 4X for water tightness, rated IP 66 / IP 67. UL listed.

The 63-68047 is made to provide optimum safety by lowering the risk of arc flash. The durable construction is designed to last without immediately needing replacement parts, which in turn reduces costs. The lightweight design of the Meltric DSN Decontactor series does not take up a lot of unwanted room. When connected to the right female receptacle, the watertight assembly makes it ideal for wet or washdown applications in industrial environments. These power connectors also have plug and play capability for a quick, easy disconnect, making for more efficient operation by generating less downtime.
Silver nickel contacts: 85% silver, 15% nickel combination. Creates a durable and highly conductive contact point. Oxidation will not greatly hinder its contact resistance. Stands up to repeated connecting and disconnecting
Lockout tagout capability: A 5/16" hole in the plug housing makes it easy to use a padlock on the plug if needed, in order to keep it from being inserted into a receptacle.
