The Macromatic ARP120A2 is an 11 Pin plug-in alternating relay with a control voltage of 120V and an output of 10A DPDT. It is used in applications that need to balance the run time between two loads. A control switch starts the alternating action. When the initiating switch opens, the output contacts on this duplexor relay change state, causing the loads to alternate. The ARP120A2 includes 2 LED indicators that show which load energizes next. It uses an 11 pin 70170-D octal socket.
