The ILME CHOS-16 EMC metallic hood is size 77.27 and features 4 pegs with a PG 21 cable entry. The body is die cast aluminum with cable entry through the side. Insert center distance: 77.5 x 27mm. Rated IP 66 and IP 69K when attached and locked down. The CHOS-16 is useful for applications that need electromagnetic compatibility and shielding, because of its chromate treated die casting process and conductive gasket. The hood should be used with a cable gland that can handle electromagnetic interference.
