The Lumberg Automation 934760001 ASB-R 8 5-4-331/5M is a passive 8 port, 4 pin M12 distribution block, with 1 channel. Has 5 meters of integrated home run cable, with ground connection. The cable is halogen free, black PUR jacketed. One signal per socket. It creates a place for secure connection of sensors and actuators. Designed for analog signals, it does not feature LEDs. Rated IP 65/IP 67.

Constructed from die-cast zinc, the housing is able to withstand the more extreme conditions of the industrial environment. This includes exposure to filings, coolants & lubricants, welding sparks, as well as shock and vibration. It can be installed directly on the machinery, saving time and energy by providing for multiple M12 connections. Some industries that benefit the most from its use include mechanical engineering, plant construction, welding, food & beverage equipment, and material handling. It is possible to use a T junction on the M12 distribution block to give you more available connections. The ports are embedded, which adds to the overall space saving design.
